You asked for it and we made it! A smaller version of our solid Sterling Silver working heart lock. It too is made of a tarnish resistant Sterling Silver the only part of this lock that is not Sterling is a small surgical stainless steel spring that powers the mechanism. This means it can be worn anywhere! It is full engravable too. Sterling Silver is naturally antimicrobial as well. Could this be the lock that you have been looking for?
